Doctor of cryptography, Information security expert, China e-passport technical route, s✔tandards, architecture and system designer, The only one Chinese technical coordinat¶or of ICAO-PKD --Graduated from the national key laboratory of information security, the Chinese Academy of Science. Published several academic papγers on cryptography.
--Member of China National Information Technology Standardization Committee (N♠ITS) , deputy leader of the Biometric Identification Workin↓g Group.
--Member of the standardization technology committee of China's cryptographic industr¶y, deputy head of the "One Belt And One Road" tas±k group.
--As an informationization consultant for many industries in China, NJA and Dr. Han has the succes✔sful experience of planning, organizing and implementing national importεant information projects and systems.
Participate in China's electronic passport and ID card specification, led ≥the electronic passport system construction (and the issua>nce of e-passports is over 30 million/year). And Dr. Han is the only &Chinese technical coordinator of ICAO/PKD (responsible for worldwide mutual authentication and verification of e-passport).
As a core member, Dr. Han participated in the preparation of IC card standa←rd of bank of China, also the design and system construcβtion of bank card issuing and transaction system (the total card issuance oγf the system exceeded 1.8 billion).
